We offer free shipping for electric bikes & electric scooters(Excluding remote areas). They generally will be shipped within 2-3 business days and will be delivered with a time frame of 3-5 business days depending on where you live. Accessories & parts are not included.

After receiving your order, we will do our best to ship them within the stated time frame. However, some unforeseeable events such as severe weather, riots, and many others do occur. Therefore, we seek your kind understanding that The Ebike Shop can not be held liable for such shipping delays.
